It's another House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge. Thought I'd try this little Tin Can Shower as another challenge card. BTW, if you haven't figured it out, our challenge this week is Splish Splash.
I haven't had time to get into the challenges lately. Work has a way of getting in the way of play. But with the end of the school year, all the stress that goes with it, I have had to spend time at my crafting table and get rid of the stress. All day we kept saying, 'It's Friday and we get 3 days off, we're gonna make it.' After that we have 2 days, graduation day, Friday to get my part of school closing done and then 70 glorious days off.
Okay, played with the Tin Can Shower and of course my favorite Basic Grey papers. I stitched the two papers together on this one. The embellishments are melted perler beads. Click here for the link to see some of these. The perler beads are used quite a bit by the kids, (big or small), and then melted with an iron. Some of us decided to try this a different way. Put your beads on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Put in a preheat 325º oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool about 5 minutes and you are ready to start using them.
Anyway, this is the 2nd of 3 cards that I have ready for this week's challenge. The next one will be ready in a day or two. Thanks for looking.

Aw, how cute is this and it looks very refreshingly cool if you're having a HOT day after gardening or washing the car or mowing lawn . . . all those summer-time jobs!
Enjoy you sharing your creation with us on the HouseMouse challenge.
